“My room was very clean. The property was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided assistance when needed (I needed help with the room TV and check-out). They were able to answer my questions and get me the help I needed. Parking is free, but spaces go really fast. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably delicious. “I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. First, the room was not tidy upon arrival. In addition, my spouse and I made every effort to avoid using the bed throughout the night due to the condition of the room. “The walls on the first floor are very thin. Every door you can hear slam and people talking on their rooms. The room had everything needed and the breakfast was satisfactory.”

“This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come...

“My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again.”

“Se siete in viaggio per gli USA, passando per Shreveport, potete tranquillamente dormire al Travelodge. Si tratta di un motel vero e proprio con le camere che danno sul parcheggio delle auto. La nota negativa è che siete a ridosso della strada statale quindi si sente un po' di rumore anche la sera. I pregi sono sicuramente il prezzo e la pulizia.
