“As a whole the room was nice. The two things I did not like are the low toilet (so low until someone could possibly get hurt) and the television going off for more than 12 hours. That happened my last night there. The television went off about 8:55 p.m. and never came back on. I checked out the next day.”

“Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.”

“The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.”

The room had no telephone to contact front desk, no vending machines were stocked or working, TV in the room did not work, under the bed sheets were little beads of piling, no extra blanket/pillows, no cleaning services were provided, no cups provided for in room coffee pot bar or ice, there was no complimentary...

“The room was clean and welcoming. I wish they would be more upfront about breakfast not being included upon check in. We did have the breakfast buffet and it was good.”

“We were traveling home because my husband broke his ankle in AZ and we needed to see a surgeon at home. The staff was wonderful in getting us a downstairs room and helped us as much as possible. I truly appreciate them!!! Our room was very clean and breakfast was good. We did not use any of the amenities. We were exhausted!!”

“Se siete in viaggio per gli USA, passando per Shreveport, potete tranquillamente dormire al Travelodge. Si tratta di un motel vero e proprio con le camere che danno sul parcheggio delle auto. La nota negativa è che siete a ridosso della strada statale quindi si sente un po' di rumore anche la sera. I pregi sono sicuramente il prezzo e la pulizia. “The keys needed to be tried on the doors multiple times - a minimum of 5 sometimes over 15! Checking in after 3 pm I was told the room wasn't ready and would have to come back after 4. Came back after 4 with 3 people in front of me checking in and after more than 45 minutes I finally got checked in! Tried to check out a day early at 0800, no one at the desk. Waited over 2 hours to check out. I was told I would still be charged the 3rd day from my reservation even though I checked out a day...

“When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line”
