“What a stellar place to stay! After a drive through some nice neighborhoods, we arrived at the inn and were greeted by a very nice staff person at the check in desk. We booked 2 rooms and were pleasantly surprised that they were right across from each other. The rooms were well appointed and super clean with comfortable beds. “This is a beautiful property with newly renovated rooms. The micro rooms are perfect for a solo traveler. The front desk staff were fine but not particularly friendly. My biggest complaint is the cafe is closed on Wednesday and Thursday, which really doesnt make sense as a traveler who will gladly pay for an iced latte or 2 every morning. The employee that worked the cafe when it was open, also wasn't traines properly in making espresso drinks but it was still better than having to ice hot...

“Beautiful, well-kept historic hotel. Feels like you’re stepping back in time. Excellent location with parking included. Dog-friendly AND clean. Got an early table for breakfast. Only one server who was also hosting and busing, so service was understandably a bit slow. Food was pretty good, but portions seemed inconsistent. (Mine was pretty substantial, but others were small in comparison.) Poached eggs were perfection! Free coffee and lemonade in the lobby were fresh and delicious.”
