“Rugs were full of carpet mites. We were unable to keep anything on the floor. We had walk around with shoes on.
I requested late check-out and maintenance manager were knocking at the door and asked us to leave.
I had to explain but it was embarrassing.
Not a good experience.”

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”
