“What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. “We all really enjoyed ourselves! We absolutely loved the inside waterpark and arcade! The only real issue I had was elevators taking a long time! So if you have no patience to wait, and no luggage to carry up! The stairs are helpful!”
