This lovely home is one of the best VRBOs we have enjoyed. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and very cozy. The beds and the sitting areas were quite comfortable, the spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the house itself was roomy and warm, and we felt right at home. Our adult children enjoyed the arcade games, and us older folks enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. The hosts were accessible and friendly, and made getting in and out as easy as it could be. We'd love to stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Perfect House For Our Weekend Football Game

This was the perfect house for our trip to Boulder to watch the Colorado Buffaloes. It was a quick drive to Boulder and Phil was an amazing host. The house was better than described and the property was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Unique, lovely house

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6, that included 4 adults and two pre-teens. We loved the spacious layout, the well-stocked kitchen, the arcade, and the chickens in the back yard! Hosts were extremely communicative and welcoming, and we’d come back in a heart beat.

We had a perfect stay for 9 family members coming together for a wedding. The location was conveniently located for quick access to Boulder, Longmont, and Lyons. Exceeded expectations! Cute house in a farm like setting. Very comfortable hang out spaces and bedrooms. Whimsical decor surprises around every corner. Kitchen well stocked with all the basics and some local treats from owner.
