“The room was not ready when we arrived. They then said it had been cleaned and upon arriving in the 3rd floor (no elevator) we discovered these items: - dirty everything - rust everything - no tub friction - hvac window unit very loud, half vents broken - tv was not working, the manager came up and could not fix - we were too exhausted to find another room and placed our own pillow covers, mattress cover and top sheet The managers english language proficiency was obnoxious....... ”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“One of the two rooms was terrible. First, the mattress was old and had a dent in the middle, next they hadn’t updated the TV since early 2000s, next the bathroom ceiling had heavy water stains and what looked like mildew, and we were placed next to the lounge where some guests have access to get free breakfast and snacks throughout the day and the problem with that was each morning between 4:30-5:00 am the staff was loud and stocking the room was very disruptive to say the least.
