“Breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area, were great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and every morning. The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day. “some one either threw up or spilled liquid on rug inside front entrance. they put a wet floor sign up til it dried then left the dried mess there all weekend. 4 of us were staying in the room, when we arrived we had 2 washcloths nothing else!! called front desk and was told they couldn’t leave desk so we went down to pick up towels and were told they were in dryer , come back in 10 minutes. that could have been explained when we first called them…. the rod holding our shower curtain was hanging...
