The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day. “This room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. I felt safe which is so important when traveling alone.”

“We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash”
