“Room floor and bathroom floor was not clean. Not enough towels. Breakfast was very mediocre. Staff was friendly.”

“While the property itself was nice enough and the staff were wonderful, it was extremely overpriced. On top of that, breakfast was not included and cost $11 for a mediocre style breakfast that would normally be included at hotels like this. Had a total of 4 or 5 TV channels available, had to pay to watch anything else. Not a walkable distance to much, had to uber food delivery, which was fast. For the value of stay elsewhere and get a free breakfast, walkable establishments and actual...

“Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough."”

“Whole property smelled like a pot factory, pool and hot tub were both empty of water, I wouldn’t have fed the breakfast offerings to my dog.”

Staff kept items well stocked. Have stayed at this location twice and recommended to relatives. Would use again when in the area.”

“Love the Location; easy walk to my event. Beds were super comfy. Staff was friendly enough. Cons: TV stations were not working, but received a nice food voucher as a comp. The shower drain backed up regularly and sink gurgled as water slowly drained. Most likely will stay again next year for event.”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”
