“Enjoyed Our Stay.”

“The hotel was in a good location for our needs…within a mile of shopping and dining. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast had enough choices and was tasty. Parking was convenient and secure.”

“Staff was great. Shower leaked (bad seal) and staff offered to send maintenance, but I said wait until we checked out. I did have to kill a couple yucky bugs in the room. Kind of a hipster vibe. ”

“ there was no hot breakfast available neither coffee or hot items like eggs. I want a refund for breakfast not being available. I I had to go get breakfast separately at a restaurant which made my available time limited before my meeting. ”

“Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough."”

“The property was clean. Breakfast was the usual found in most places. Room service is every other day. When the room was finally attended to there were waste baskets left that were full. Dirty glasses left in the sink. Our coffee maker did not work and was not replaced until the 3rd day of our 4 day stay. The staff was very helpful. The facility is understaffed. Ice maker is near the elevator on the second floor. Rather inconvenient for first floor occupancy and a somewhat disabled patron. . The...

“The room was very clean as was the lobby. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The parking lot was a bit rough, especially around the dumpster area and the big pot hole however the property was recently purchased and the owners are in the midst of an overhaul. The first thing by thy did was have the parking lot lighting upgraded and now is very well lit! So far they changed the door entry device, they already put in a new phone system but won’t be hooked up until the phones come in. Room...

“When I arrived for check in, nobody was at the desk. We had to wait alittle over 10 minutes for someone to come and check us in. The whole place smelled like mild and our roomed smelled like cigarettes”

“Staff was excellent. There is a mix of with the reservation and they took care of it no problem. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything you would need is right outside your door. Great location!”

“Suite 223 didn't have a working microwave....notify front desk and "claimed" they submit a maintenance order.... followed up 2 days later and manager told me she knows nothing about it and that they have no new microwaves. not worth the price they charge if some of the basic stuff don't work. they could just swapped microwaves and yet when i checked out, still no working microwave.. when it comes to this property: buyer beware”

“Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed..not being mean..bed was hard as a rock. I'm serious. It was like laying on plywood. Whoever manages this place just cut corners everywhere..I do not recommend it..just being honest..it should be renamed Low Quality inn”
