“Our room didn’t seem very clean. We had a ripped sheet, missing toilet paper roll holder, big clumps of hair were on the shower walls, and the pool was slippery. It has a lot of potential.”

“I’d like to say I loved the area and the room itself but as we passed multiple homeless and arrived to our heavily sanitized room that reeked for days somewhere between bleach and garbage I realized this probably wasn’t the best idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel itself isn’t too far to get around downtown. We would’ve changed the room but had no time. We had plans set for the entirety of the weekend and our room was the last worry on my list. Maybe it was garbage...

“Great location to Red Rocks for a concert and to Whole Foods for snacks and beverages. We enjoyed the bar for happy hour one night and they had coconut shrimp and salad so that was our dinner. The bartenders were nice. The front desk employees were all friendly and helpful They also provided bags of ice for our cooler which was very nice. Our room was quiet and had a nice view of the mountains. We will stay there again when we attend another concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater.”

“The lady at the desk was super nice & helpful, but the entire facility reeked of smoke & crack addicts. My room was "non smoking", but definitely was smoked in quite heavily. I was a smoker for 27 years, so I know what a recently smoked in room & property smells like & this was it. Cheap price, so I guess you get what you pay for here. Room was clean though, just smelled terrible.”
