“There’s a refrigerator in the kitchen but not functioning We brought lots of food with bunch of ice cream . Had to throw them out and ice cream was melted ou”

“The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite. ”

“We were there from. Sunday to Wednesday and they never cleaned the room or provided clean towels. The front desk said we had to ask to have our room cleaned but signage in the room stated it would be cleaned every other day”

“In my room all of the cabinets were falling off the hinges. The fan in the bathroom did not work. In the bathroom there was no towel hook and no toilet paper holder. Almost everything in the room was damaged. This is not a location that provides you with any Extended Stay cooking materials. They do not have any luggage carts. Sometimes you can't even park in front of your room. This is a place where you get what you pay for. Good for emergency stays not for anything else”
