“From my first step into the property you notice how nice it is! No steps even into front door, certainly a plus for those that find curbs a challenge. The men at the desk, coming and going, were extremely nice. The room was perfect!”

“The property was advertised as having a pool however there is no pool there,which I was ok with. The ice machine was down and I w particular staff made it seem like it was the hardest thing to get done ice after another staff had given ice the previous day. Other than that the room was clean and would stay again”

“Massive construction going on, considering how inconvenient it is and the level of construction going on, I would have not stayed here at full price. I wish they would have informed of this during booking. I could have stayed at a much nicer place for around the same spend”

“This property needs a remodel soon. Beds are comfy and the location is quiet and beautiful. But there is Paint peeling in bathroom ceiling, bathtub chipped with rust stain, dated color scheme. The staff were good, the breakfast is an extra charge and was not available yet as we departed early. I feel this properly is overpriced.”

“Bed was terrible, ceiling peeling in multi places in room. Carpet was sticky in room and hallways, Ice maker was down, Elevator and vending was down. I mean the customer service was good, place just needs major overhaul of rooms and amenities. They just changed management which is understandable to a certain extent. Overall a one night stay was ok but for short or extended stays no thanks.”

“Toilet didn't properly flush. No lock on the door Volume on tv didn't work. ”

“For my stay it eased me the staff was welcoming and explained where my room was it was easy to find no loud noises and pets are welcome”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was old and tired. The rug had stains. The shower was moldy. And the bathroom fixtures looked to have rust on them. The bed was clean.”

“The building is under renovation but we where able to use pool fitness center and laundromat next door I love the stay there staff are nice and friendly especially Justin he was my favorite”

“Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.”

“Terribly uncomfortable furniture. WiFi not secured. Rooms are junky. Batteries in both remote controls were dead. Water pressure in shower was bad. The shower head was broke. The floors are so dirty they make your socks brown. We had 3 nights reserved and only stayed 2 bc it was so uncomfortable. Very disappointed”
