“Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood.”

“We were 3 friends on vacation and we booked the 2 queen bed suite with pull out sofa and kitchen. We stayed for 4 nights. The Kitchen came in handy. There was a 2 burner stove, some pots, plates, bowls and cups. The silverware and knives were spare so luckily we had plasticware in the car. No sponge or dish towel was provided. We had 3 towel sets so we asked for extra towels and requested sheets for the pull out sofa. There was no bar soap for handwashing and we requested little bars. ...

“Centrally located, convenient breakfast and parking. Elevators were not functioning properly and they charge for parking”

“Disgusting hotel. Mold all over the bathroom walls and on the carpet. All the vents were leaking on the beds. Bed sheets and towels all had stains on them. Would not stay here even if it was free. Absolutely disgusting hotel. True shame it’s a Hilton.”

“It was ok, I had issues with the toilet and a sink there were clogged ,two lamps weren't working & there was a big water bug I had to ask staff to remove. 😳”

“The Sheets were stained and bathroom had hair in it and a left over hair pin. I asked for this to be corrected. Someone I believe maybe a manager came to my the room and looked over everything and apologized and said that he would have housekeeper take care of this. I came back to new stained sheets and a somewhat cleaner bathroom. I asked again for new sheets and got another set of stained brought to my room. I took these back and gave up…”

“Staff was dusgusting. Didnt hsbe our room ready at 4 pm and saud they were going to get one ready. 39 minutes later no update on room. No place to sit in lobby to wait. So went out to dinner. When we came back they said rhey had no rrom avaiäable and cancelled our ressrvation. Would not stsy there if they paid me.”

“The room was not clean. There were still fingerprints and food on the microwave. The stove top did not work, and I found hairs in my bed when I pulled the covers back. The only plus was the dual showerhead.”

“Parking was a challenge on the first night of my stay. The door was missing the battery cover to the lock on my room door. The property is not kept up very well”
