“I booked my reservation through Expedia. And I chose book now, pay at property. The day of my check in the hotel tried to run my card information without my knowledge and consent. I made 3 reservations for myself and other in my party, and they tried to run my card for all 3 before we had even checked in. And because the payment would not go through they cancelled the reservation. When I got to the hotel, the staff member said it was their policy to run a card to see if payment would go process....

“The hotel is in a really good location (sheetz next door, walmart 5 mins away, etc.) It is quiet and has a lovely lobby and atrium area. The breakfast is fresh, delicious and has good options. The bathroom was a bit small/tight. The staff was very friendly and professional. Everyone was super nice. The pool was nice and humid. Very pretty with all the plants. Parking was safe. There is a $10 daily parking fee. The toiletries were good. My children had a great time. ”

“During our stay, the staff asked our guest (a young adult visiting from out of town) for identification while my husband was away. Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. We were told we would receive a refund for one night; however, Expedia has since informed us they have been unable to reach the property to process it.
