“We were told over the phone that we could get an early check in and we drove 6 hrs only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowing early check in that day because of having been booked up the night before and needed more time to clean rooms. “The parking lot was nice. Upon entering the hotel the attendant let us know about things that were available. We had no idea of the 530 buffet and three drinks per customer. That was very nice and we got to sit with someone we didn't know who was very entertaining. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temperatures. The room was very upscale and clean. Breakfast was awesome. And the staff upon leaving asked about the stay and invited us back. This is the best stay at a hotel I've had...

“Very clean! Pillows were a little on the flat side and beds were pretty firm, but otherwise it was a great stay. Easy to access from the highway and it had several amenities close by.”

“Friendly staff at check-in, breakfast, and checkout! Awesome late pool hours until 11pm! Love the later noon checkout time. The only thing I thought was strange was no bag liners in the trash cans. Between diapers, food wrappers, etc, they were messy.”

“For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...

Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!”

“There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice.”
