“Very clean room. Staff is great. Will be back again!”

“Confused why there was no hand soap in bathroom? Also lighting in the room near beds ? What is that item above table between beds? A light - where is the switch? ”

“Good breakfast, room was clean, plenty of places to eat in the area. The bath tub faucet did not entirely shutoff and dripped all night long.”

“Elevators were down when we stayed. Although originally we were booked a room on the 5th floor, front desk was able to get us a room on the 4th floor…one less flight of stairs to go up and down. With two kids, one being 14 months old, it was a lot to go up and down the stairs. Other than that everything else was ok”

“The staff was very dismissive upon check in and also when asked for hotel room items such as blankets. I asked to speak to the manager he called and said the blankets would be put in the room as we speak and when we arrived back to the room they were not. Extremely rude staff! 10 of 10 do not recommend!”

“Pool was disgusting. Room Smelled like mildew. Too overpriced for the outdated room.”

“The day mgr HARRY IS A NASTY MAN ! He said my son didn’t check in ( he was staying there for two weeks already ) He threw him out kept my money …. Had my sister rebook his room and pay again . Will not recommend anyone to stay at your place or use Expedia for bookings .”

“This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great.”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“Check in was very quick and easy with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning that was wonderful. Check out was fast, easy and friendly.”
