“The elevator wasn’t working, the TV wasn’t connected to the WiFi and I reached to the staff’s and they said that some of the tvs are not smart. The room was a disaster and smells horrible. The hallway has a strong smoke odor. The breakfast was not to bad I can rate 3-10. I tried to get a refund after the reservation but I couldn’t. The staff very unprofessional even I went to do the checkout the person was eating at that time and make an angry face when I ring a bell that they have there.”

“Comfortable bed-cold air-friendly staff”

“The room was very large and spacious. Bathroom beautiful. Sadly, the toilet ran and ran. Service came up twice but was unable to fix the problem. Had to take turning the water to the toilet on and off, a bit annoying.”

“Staff was friendly. Room only had 2 bath towels. No washcloth, no hand towels. And the bath towels were very old and worn. 1 even ripped while using. AC was good, but leaked water over the floor and my bag overnight.”

“Check in was terrible. Had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. Room was quiet and we'll maintained. Carpet had a few stains.”

“This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great.”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.”

“Air conditioning”

“2nd class citizen customer service. Pay more and hire people who don't look miserable to be working there.”

“Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?”
