“Everything was good”

“Great hotel nice and clean and great staff. The only complaint is the air conditioner smelled like mold. Oh man they need to change their air filters.”

“We arrived at 530am after driving 17 hours. My parents are 84 years old and were exhausted. They had us sit in the lobby for over 4 hours to get in a room. Are you freaking kidding me. The shift manager was no help at all. They were not booked up so why couldn't they put us in a room. My husband had been up for over 24 hours. Totally exhausted from driving all night. “The room was half clean and the bathroom door was broken. I complained to staff each day and was promised that maintenance would complete the repairs but nothing happened. Absolute worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Continental breakfast was also terrible.”
