“room was very nice... but we didnt have any hand soap or lotion in the bathroom. we had to use the bodywash in the shower to wash our hands. ”

“Staff was great but the only thing was the pool was cold cold. Made no sense because we’ve been there before and it was totally heated. ”

“This hotel needs a dramatic remodel. Cracked tile and worn carpet were evident throughout. While the handicapped bathroom was easy for a wheelchair to maneuver, the sink was very small and the plumbing leaked in the shower.”

“The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out.”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. During my first visit this year none of the ice machines worked. During my most recent visit on 4/5/26, there where people...

“Historical building, charming, friendly staff, great food”

“Everything was good except the pillows excessively smelled like it was washed in bleach and weren't rinsed with water afterwards. Use less bleach guys, it's possible especially on pillowcases!! ”
