“We stayed here for our first family Trip to Disney 5.8.26. It was overall a great experience. I didn’t give 5 stars because the WiiFii in the Poolside rooms are HORRIBLE. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we loved the basketball court, pool and fire pit! I would stay there again if they fixed the WiiFii service . They did comp the parking to accommodate for the bad internet service.”

The food was really good at the “restaurant” on site. Loved that they had a small Starbucks machine and could make drinks, even had alternative milk choices. “I liked that there was a sink in the room at the bar area. I loved the ergonomic chair, at the desk and the size of the room was good. I loved that there was a fridge and microwave. I did not like that there was no black out curtain, and that I couldn’t choose to keep the bathroom door open if I wanted to.”

“My first room had extreme black mold on the ceiling, walls and around the tub surround down to the floor. I took numerous pictures as proof. The room needs to be shut down for health reasons. When telling the front desk person, she wasn’t phased at all. No questions asked, no surprise look or shock to what I found! All she was concerned with is if I wanted to extend my stay!! Basically, I needed to stay in the area at least 1 more day. I had to ask for a room change; she did accommodate that....

“Our stay at this hotel was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. When we arrived, no one greeted us, and the customer service only got worse from there. We were charged before being informed about the $20 nightly parking fee. This was never mentioned upfront, and we had to argue with staff just to get the charge removed because we were not properly notified beforehand.
