“When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress.My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look. “The property is in a great location for the local restaurants and walks. We met Mike on our way out in the afternoon and he was really friendly and gave some good advice as to where to eat some local cheese. The bed was really comfortable with a good range of tea and some good coffee. The biscuits were a nice addition as well. We loved our stay here and were fortunate enough to see some Platypus which was a real highlight.”
