As we were sitting outside on the phone with VRBO the host canceled our reservation which we had for 2 months. Very disappointing, still waiting for VRBO to rectify this disappointing trip.”

“I canceled the day I was supposed to check in because I had no access to the property and the owner didn’t answer my phone call and he messaged me the next day stating that I had canceled on December 15th which was untrue and I’m waiting for my refund for the inconvenience. ”
