“The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. ”

“Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. ”

“Mimosa was across the street, but only about a minute walk so no beach view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible with lots of chairs as promised. It is more of an Airbnb vibe. It is quaint and on the quieter end of the beach. Very few amenities. Service was great but guests must ask for certain things like trash removal and clean towels. ”

“The room was clean and well appointed. The location was good. It was a block from the beach with no view from the room, but the view on the beach was great. The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face. “Could use some minor improvements. Safe, Real Keurig machine, shower handle operation decent , shower and sink not super clean. Microwave would be great. ”

“Nasty room that smelled like stale cigarettes, Curtains were tire and dirty, door was rusted, outlets didn’t work, plugs fell out. I got sick from the smell so we had to check out and find another place for the second night. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”
