“ The room they gave me was at least clean, room had everything provided for from towels, bathing clothes, etc. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was free, just juice, milk, coffee, cereal, sausage-egg-cheese sandwiches, etc The nights were quiet, no noises.”

“Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything.”

“The room and bathroom were clean, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The front door needed cleaning, and the bathroom door was also dirty. The bed sheets were clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. In a pinch, I would stay again — but I’d definitely bring some air freshener.”

“Property going through what looks like renovations multiple rooms windows wide open see ceilings ripped down, lobby smelled clean as soon as you walked on elavator to go to 2nd floor you got a musty smell, a.c. in room blowing out musty. Bagged breakfast with warm yogurt no complimentary coffee other than what was in your room. Outback pavilion area was trashed with tub and fireplace broken up. ”

“Well the room had everything provided for, from towels, bathing soaps, wash clothes. Everything from showers, TV & A/C was working fine. The place is in need of remodeling/renovation.”
