Hotel a Brandywine

“The room was just okay. The breakfast was the same. Everything was very mediocre and didn't seem like much effort was put into it. I did appreciate the front desk's rapid response to a situation that arose in the middle of the night where a neighbor was being very loud all the way until 230am. I finally told the front desk person and he promptly took care of the situation which both my wife and I really appreciated. We also really liked the jetted tub in our room. All in all a decent 6/10 stay...

“Check in was great and the staff was pleasant. We liked the room a lot. Updated features with blackout shades. Air conditioner worked well. The room was clean. But there was an odor in the bathroom that may have been from a dog or other animal. Other than that, the room is set up to be very convenient. “The temperature in the room is controlled by someone offsite that has no name and cannot change the temperature We had to test 4 rooms before the staff found one that had air circulating and was showed below 76 degrees. I don’t know if you have ever been in a hotel room with no air circulation and wet towel smell heating for 7 hours . It’s pretty close to a full dirty diaper that has not been changed all day . “Jules was very accommodating and breakfast was delicious. The views from the front porch were lovely and there was a very friendly “outdoor “ cat, more than ready to jump into your lap and curl up, if you so desired!”
