Hotel vicino a Braunig Lake - San Antonio

“i recommend staying anywhere but here. Highly rude staff. And they were talking about me rudley thinking i didn’t understand espanol.”

“The property waa clean and beautiful. Front desk clerks were so nice! Rooms were clean and spacious!”

“A strange man was taking pictures of my children and I while in the pool. We reported the man to front receptionist. We requested an extra blanket upon arrival, never received it. ”

“Hotel staff was never around. Phone calls were never answered, staff could not find reservation and then called 2 hour later expecting me to go back because they had found the reservation. Was told hotel is not pet friendly but then saw some huge dogs in the rooms ”

“Housekeeping kept coming into the room unannounced 2x, hot water took longer to come on, the fridge in the room was leaking water and not working, and the light by the bedside was flickering.”

“ BEWARE! The guy at the front desk who claimed to be the manager motioned as if he were reaching for a firearm when my husband went to talk to him about how dirty the rooms were. Worst experience we’ve had traveling. We booked two rooms both of which where dirty. The carpets and the bathrooms were disgusting. There was all types of hair all over and the toilets in both rooms had pee stains. I brought this to the attention of the front desk right away and the manager was very condescending in...

“Motel abbastanza vicino al downtown. Semplice e pulito, per 50 euro un affare. A 75 si trova di meglio.la vicinanza all'autostrada lo rende un po'rumoroso”
