“Great staff, very helpful, clean and tidy, nice showers, nice breakfast, lots close by. Used as a stop over for a few days whilst travelling. Let me use the hoover for my vacuum bags 😊”

We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom suite with balcony but got a wheelchair accessible suite on the ground floor with sliding doors from the single room to outside which wasn't safe for my 5 year old. We received 10 messages in the days before our stay, which seemed excessive. The first 5 repeated reception hours, which then changed to self-checkin the day before. Il personale ci ha accolto con il sorriso, nonostante il check-in anticipato non comunicato.
