I had to leave early in the morning to attend a conference, and when I came back and asked for a refund, they told me they would have done it but it was after 12pm and their system did not connect with Expedia’s. “It was a good stay, stone park is great, but hotel was too crowded to use the pool and the lake isn´t accesible to swim (we didn´t know that). Breakfast was too expensinve and other options to eat were limited. Also housekeeping wasn´t great, our room wasnt cleaned and we had to request it late afternoon. But overall room was clean, spacious and staff was great and helpful”

How and the Hell do eggs smell real bad and they are powdered eggs I recommend no person to stay. I want my money back”

“Upon checking in to my room, the tv remote didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There was trash in the hallway by the elevator. The kitchen was filthy. Stains on the floor in my room. The room also had a strange smell. There was no microwave in the room.”
