Hotel con casinò a Bristol nord

“Sinceramente non ci siamo trovati bene. All’arrivo una delle 2 camere non era quella concordata nella prenotazione: più piccola, con un televisore più piccolo ma soprattutto con un letto di dimensioni piccole per un uomo di altezza normale come mio marito che la prima notte ha dormito con i piedi fuori dal letto. Anche il servizio non era sicuramente da 4 stelle: in entrambe le camere mancavano asciugamani, shampoo e gel doccia (che erano assicurati nella prenotazione) e c’era parecchia polvere....

“Assolutamente da consigliare. Vicino al centro. Camere ben sistemate, pulite e confortevoli. Quando sei un ospite ti trovi in una situazione in cui puoi avere dei bisogni. Lo staff di The Bath House si mette semplicemente "a disposizione". Ed è importante. ”

“Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Room was a good size with fantastic view across the park at the front of the hotel. We had requested a walk in shower due to accessibility issues which was provided, however the bathroom was extremely small which wasn’t ideal for someone with disability issues for ease of moving around. The hotel room and communal areas were spotlessly clean. Food was excellent in the restaurant. There is the option for two tasting menus but the remainder of the menu is...

“Exceptionally well equipped ( and labelled) apartment. Communication was also prompt and accurate. Quiet. Central location with a large supermarket very close and Thermae etc an easy walk. The allocated parking space is very useful.”
