“We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. ”

“So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!”

“Modern sleek hotel on Keele Uni campus. Beautiful spacious rooms with large walk in showers. Full marks to the cleaning staff as everything is imacculate. The staff at check-in, the bar , the restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Have to call out Connie who was really welcoming and managed to find me a table for dinner. Superb breakfast too. 👌
