“The staff are”

“Coffee maker was broke, there were pieces of other travelers things on the floor and in the bathroom. Shower head to short to stand under. No plastic cups in the bathroom.”

“Parking was easy and secure. Clean comfortable room, restaurants shopping close by. ”

“There was no breakfast. Rooms were not clean. I had to go from room to room due to plumbing issues that was happening before i got in the room”

“Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details.”

“Adequate for an overnight stay near the airport. The design and intended amenities are good but the place is not in amazing shape. Some suites are better maintained than others. No problems with hot water or anything like that. Decent beds. The staff are a mixed bag. Some are professional and fine examples of the Hilton brand. Breakfast was good. No complaints about food at all. You can have a decent coffee but tea or hot chocolate can be forgotten about - the “hot water” is tepid. So,...
