Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.”

We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room.
