“I was really disappointed with my experience. I requested a balcony with a view, only to end up overlooking a parking lot. The customer service throughout my stay felt dismissive and unhelpful. The restaurant accommodations were also inconvenient. The buffet-style breakfast was only available during limited kitchen hours, and if I arrived early, the only option was the bar area, which I did not have access to. In addition, liquor could not even be purchased from the snack store until after 11...

“The room was not clean upon our arrival. The window in the room, which was located on the first floor, was left open. The pull-out sofa had a blood stain on the mattress, and there was hair in the bed. When we requested additional sheets, the replacement sheets provided were also torn. We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room. We explained that we were traveling with children and that these conditions...

“I selected this hotel because it advertised that it had an Airport shuttle. That was important sine I was only staying one night for a layover. I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle was not running. Other than that, all I can say is, you get what you pay for.”

“Very convenient to airport when you have an early flight to catch. Parking safe and easy as well.”

“Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it”

“Stayed here as we were visiting Six Flags New England. Hotel was clean, Staff were very nice, Check in and check out were easy. Had a really nice breakfast selection and nice dining area. Good value for the money.”

“We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.”
