Hotel vicino a Windsor Arts Center - Windsor

“We came from MA for the Mudgirl run. This was our 2nd year. This hotel was so much better than our previous accommodations!!!!!!!!! Carissa was the best!!!! We will be back next year.”

“The entire place was dirty and smelled dirty. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless you requested it be done. Once you arrive at the airport you have to call the motel and request a shuttle come pick you up.”

“1. I slipped and busted my knee outside of the public bathroom across from the pool area. The bathroom is next to the lobby. Absolutely soaking wet all over the floor. Very slippery even with regular sneakers on. 2. I requested an additional pillow for my bedroom as there were two adults and only three small pillows. I was told they only have extra pillow casing, no pillows. 3. During the travel from the front desk to our second floor room (No elevator btw), I saw many plastic and paper...

“The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well”

“The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the airport. We usually book suites as we're a family of 6... and this felt one looked like people live there. Felt like lots of longterm residents. The one guy that helped at check in was great... but he was the only one (white guy with diamond earrings). The rooms were DISGUSTING! We had to use sheets on the sofa and chair bc they were so dirty and had questionable stains. I called to ask for more sheets and was greeted by a rude lady...
