“The lady that checked me in Friday was very courteous and paid particilar attention to he detals of the check-in process and conveing information abou theroom and amenities ... I love the remodeled rooms,, ne flooring, bedding and full size frig ,... great job”

“Food was fresh. Wanted to use the pool. But didnt have time.”

“Fantastic bed and breakfast in East Texas.”

“The rooms were clean. The cleaning lady opened our door while we were getting ready for check out. I had the privacy tag on the door, so that shouldn’t have happened. ”

“The property was under new management, and obviously was attracting longer term workers. The lobby area was lacking a welcoming look, with the check in area locked behind heavy glass. Then the room itself was worse…we could not open the door without summoning the manager, and once inside, the bed, bedding, easy chair, and small dresser looked as though they had been taken from a cast-away ditch somewhere! We decided not to stay there, returned the key, and went on our way!”

“The property obviously needs updating, but the staff were all friendly and the room met my needs. All that being said, it was priced accordingly. I will revisit. ”

“This place is in need of a lot of attention to deal with the deferred maintenance and bring it back up to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t stay here again. It should also be noted that there was no one on site and you were required to go to the convenience store next-door to check in and get your key.”

“This hotel was the worst i have ever stayed at. They locked me out if my room and tgen a person came unannounced. And all they could say was oh i thought you left. And the room was very smelly and dirty. It was horrible place to stay. And i asked fir a receipt and was told it will be in your email. Well i did nit get it. If i you were planning ti stsy here. I would not.”
