“Internet was fast but the TV repeatedly disconnected itself from the internet when we wanted to watch Netflix. Other than that everything else was top notch service.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and sink were short so it made us feel tall. The hotel was quiet which we appreciated. It is within walking distance to great restaurants. We would stay again. ”

“I travel through Billings often, and the Fairbridge is close to the airport, so I started staying there often. I had a flight that landed at arbor11:30 And a reservation at the Fairbridge. They lock the lobby at 11:00 every night, but usually have someone answering the phone after hours. This night the phone number didn’t even work. “I could have used the very basics of kitchenware, like a microwavable cup, and not be expected to buy a kitchenware set for just one night’s stay.”

“My room had Bed bugs. I woke up with several bites after my first night. Once I tore all the sheets and over blanket off. Got new sheets and pillowcase. It went away.There was also roaches in my bathroom at night.”

“Rooms where extremely dirty like dead flys all over the windowsill and food obviously not cleaned off the furniture and durt and grime on the ac. In the hot tub there was chunks of something floating in it. Otherwise the staff was great but thats the only good thing ”
