“The guy checking us in was super rude. The hotel was so dirty. Very gross”

“Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being...

“Clean room, friendly staff, air conditioner didn't work in our room and the tub drained slowly. The breakfast was incredible though and cheap. An $8 breakfast voucher got me a loaded breakfast burrito that was oh so delicious!!”

“Everything... even the vents on the AC were immaculate. I normally have sinus issues... not there... I did my normal nostril rinse, clear... slept great. It is near a hospital so you hear sirens, but they are not horribly loud. All in all terrific place to stay, will totally stay again.”

“The door keys stopped working and had to get them reprogrammed. Doors were either broken or would not read cards. No fridge in 1 room. Microwave did not work. Room #2 had trash under bed and toilet leaked everytime you flushed. When turning on water for shower red orange water came out. Both hot tubs out of order. Breakfast was not good not many options. Bugs everywhere in rooms. Kids did enjoy the pool with slide. To use slide is $5 per child to use.”
