Hotel vicino a Broadway - Galveston

“Over all I dont want to complaint too much about our stay, it served its purpose. I just thought for the price and location that it was going to be a nicer property. Our room had a balcony but the floor inside the room was soaked all around the door. The water was not reliable in the bathroom to wash our hands. They were actively doing work around the hotel. Randomly paint spots here and there, maybe renovating, I cant be sure. The pool area was nice, my kids had a great time. From the pool...

“Beach is right across the street so, that was great! However, if you have kids and a wagon loaded with beach stuff, it’s not an easy task getting it down the stairs..there is no ramp…hotel is clean overall, staff was super friendly and accommodating! The room is very clean. Lots of breakfast items to choose from!”

“We enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few “tips” for future travelers. The website is misleading. Only “Signature” guests have beachfront access; the majority have to cross a busy road and go under the “Signature “ building to get to the beach. You can use beach chairs free of charge by going to the first floor at Signature. We weren’t aware of this & happened upon it by pure luck! The bugs are horrendous. “Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere spaziose e sopratutto molto confortevoli e pulite. Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione. Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”

“Not clean. Had oily residue on counters and headrest. Breakfast not good at all , no staff help. Not too much seating for Breakfast staff amazing very friendly, smile on their faces. just hotel needs work in improving cleanliness(elevator also dirty). Overall not worth what I paid.”

“Staff was friendly and super helpful. Our room smelled horrible , like mold. there was no tv, or fridge as pictured in photos. Beds were super hard. Water pressure was super low. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Love the underneath parking situation with easy elevator access. Room was spacious, was initially disappointed to not have an ocean view, but the nice balcony looking over the marsh (for now) has a lovely sunset view.”
