Hotel a Brookline

“The hotel room were nice; however, they have a quite time from 10pm-6am so you can't used the workout room after 8pm and they just had a basic breakfast, no waffles, The room was clean, the staff were really nice & helpful. I would stay at this time again when I'm in the area.”

“The staff shows up at the front desk whenever they want the hotel is very unkept and dingy and dirty carpets are disgusting. Room is dirty. The hotel is incomplete this repair. I saw a few bugs in the room by the way, there’s no way I am having any of that free breakfast in that dirty kitchen that they make I will never be back there”

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system. “Hotel was nice, good location. Biggest problem is that they don't tell u they charge u 2x plus. There is a charge for being at the property and over $100 in taxes. Then for the room with another $80 in taxes. Parking is $69/ night. (Of course taxed). They have a nice handicap parking area. Very few carts for # of rooms. We were packing 1 and they took the cart with things on it without even knocking!”
