“Handicap accessible room was clean with helpful fixtures throughout for added ease of use. Coffee was the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!”

However, I do want to note that we were assigned to a handicap accessible room, which we did not need. That is not a problem, but I don't think it would be suitable for someone in a wheelchair. While the shower was a roll-in shower with a fold-away seat, the shower head which appeared to be hand-held and adjustable, was fixed in place. “Both the staff and our suite at the Four Points by Sheraton were great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful! We were taking an early flight out of the Manchester airport and it’s only 2 miles away, so that was incredibly convenient as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! “As soon as I walk inside the room, I could smell the cigarette all over the place. Even if I spray perfume, the smell of cigarette would still be there which made me sick. I had my graduation the next day so I did not have much option of staying there. I also didn’t appreciate how the key card to unlock the room stop working after the first tried.
