“The staff was incredibly nice! I made the reservation via Hotels.com, which said the hotel was pet friendly. When I arrived and said I had a pet, they said the policy is dogs less than 25 pounds. Well, my dog is three times that! This was not mentioned online when I made the reservation. But the staff allowed is to stay and we were very well behaved. (Much better than the 10-pound dog down the hall which barked a lot!) The bed was super comfy! I’d love to know what bedding/mattress the hotel...

“The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. It’s very clean and everybody that works there super friendly. My reservation got messed up which created a lot of stress for me. They were so accommodating and made me feel so much better. And it seemed pretty safe area and there was no riffraff at the hotel. I will definitely be back. “We enjoyed our stay at this property with our two dogs. It was convenient to downtown and nice to walk out onto the beach from the hotel. Bonnie was very helpful to us during our stay and no matter what we needed help with she went above and beyond to help us. She is an asset to the hotel. Also, my husband had great experiences with the lady who was in charge of breakfast and spoke highly of her and the food. ”
