“So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried! “The room was very clean and even better that the pictures. Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Room came with a continental breakfast that was brought to your room when you call the front desk. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
