“Room could use some work showing wear and tear much. A/C barely worked, bed uncomfortable, used to be a beautiful immaculate place. Restaurant also not good anymore sadly, food and service both terrible. Location stunning. Needs management to be supervising more it seems as service is poor. Walkthroughs are clearly not being done or proper training for hospitality staff. So sad as this has been a gold standard for us. Valet service was chaotic as well, and it used to be great too. “Not the cleanest. Horrible squealing alarm sound outside all weekend by the pool. So loud, we couldn't stand to sit out there. They need to fix that.”
