“It's an older hotel, but kept very clean and things were more than sufficient. Manager and staff were very polite and helpful. We would stay again. The pool and hot tub were both great - that's the deciding point for us for almost every hotel choice because our daughter loves the pool and my husband loves the hot tub. It was easy to get to, easy to navigate, lots of food/convenience options within walking distance.”

“I stayed four nights. I didn't really use the facilities or the breakfast so I can't comment on them. The only fault was the desk chair arm was cracked underneath and it was a little... "uneven" when you leaned back. It worked fine and I used it quite a bit. Whoever took care of my room did an excellent job, the two staff people were very nice and the bed was very comfortable! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the West Bend AmericInn to others and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks...

“Last-minute hotel booked for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh so it was a little far away but well worth it. Staff was extremely helpful every step of the way. The same guy helped us at night and the next morning so I wonder if he's there all the time but he was so nice and helpful. Got us a rollaway bed right away and let us have a little bit of extra time around checkout so the kids could enjoy the pool for a bit before we spend the day in the heat.
