“Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. ”

“Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying.”

“Good sized shower with plenty of flow and hot water. Lots of places to eat nearby that were open 'til 11pm and later. Arrived at 4pm and managed to get the last parking space. The room was small, but we were only stopping one night so was absolutely fine for us, it was a bit warm, but it had an appropriately light duvet. Uber from Terminal 5 cost approximately £38 (£8 of which was for uber to enter the pick up point)”

“They didn’t have an iron, dead fly on the floor and mouldy shoer, no welcoming reception staff, didn’t explain how to reach reception and no phone in the room . Pillows were too big for the size of the pillow case that made them feel really hard so had to sleep with no pillows as all , nosy rooms as next to the main road too , expecting a refund . Absolutely not worth it not even for one night ”

“High-spec fitout rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The food and drink were of a high standard, as were the spa and gym facilities. The staff were all welcoming and professional.”

“La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale.”
