“Personale molto gentile e, per chi ha bisogno di soggiornare a Uxbridge, situazione ideale. L'hotel è a due passi dalla metro, proprio di fronte, e anche per questo è comodissimo per chi deve spostarsi.”

“The room was small and very basic. The twin beds were tiny and pushed together like a double so had to move them apart. underneath the beds it was dirty! Room was SO HOT and no air con! Small fan which was useless. It was ok for a night but wouldn't go back”

“Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try).”

“Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.”

“⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Rosemay Boutique Hotel is a mixed experience. The property itself is attractive, and our room, while small, was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom and shower were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the extra restrooms in the hallway, which were helpful when traveling with family. The location is excellent for Heathrow Airport, but not ideal for exploring London. Although there is a bus stop directly across the street and public transportation...

“We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless. The spa, gym, pool and steam room were superb too. We had dinner there and the waiters and waiting staff were very attentive and it was first class service. “La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale.”

“Hotel nuovo e pulito. Siamo arrivati al terminal 5 ed usciendo abbiamo preso il bus 423 che ferma davanti (comodissimo) in circa 7 minuti. Per andare a Londra centro abbiamo preso il bus U3 per il terminal 2-3 e poi Elisabeth Line (che con il CAP costa 16,30£ al Giorno - bambini sotto 11 anni non pagano) stessa cosa per il ritorno.
