“The whole building smelled clean when we walked in, so that was encouraging. However there was no heat in the room and it was chilly out. But by the time we realized the room wasn't heating we were unpacked and in our pajamas. We dealt with it but weren't happy about it. “Very nice place would stay again”

“Everything was fine in terms of the rental but I received constant messages about staying extra nights, early check in, late check out, etc all for extra money and it just felt like a cash grab. I never inquired about any of that so to have multiple messages come from the host about it prior to the stay was a bit off putting. We were offered a one hour early check in for 35 or a 10am check in for like 145 and the same with check out. It just seemed like too much. ”
