Resort in Bulgaria

“Hotel grande , bello e tenuto bene ma cibo veramente pessimo.”

“Hotel wird schon lange nichts mehr gemacht, Speisesaal fehlt die Farbe, Eingangsbereich Fenster verschmutzt”

“Excellent”

“Very good hotel for the price, usefull staff and nice food.”

“The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful. However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible.”

“The food was excellent!”

“Perfect location and large rooms.”

“Having some experience before I read the comments about lack of cleanliness and thought, it can't be that bad. It could. So dirty and worst was bathroom. After complaining a cleaner came with only one cloth and wiped a bit here and there. No cleaning liquid. Hopefully she didn't start with the toilet. They didn't know what clean meant so I bought liquid myself and cleaned up. At the information desk they couldn't answer the simplest questions like "when does the pool close?" - I don't know maybe...

“Was good experience”

“Tutto bello, ristorante super”

“Nice tranquil place with friendly staff, but no transport or facilities nearby.”
