“The property was easy to get to via cab, I would not advise you to try and walk it as the road gets busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was large and spacious, only thing I didnt like was the room had no AC, but a Dyson fan was in full use.
The room had no fridge to put your water or drinks, no complementary biscuits, or herbal teas.
Other wise I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.”

“a beautiful modern structure, friendly and helpful staff, the only complaint is the high volume of music in the common areas and bars. If you really want to broadcast music, do it with more acceptable volumes. The cocktails at the roof bar are definitely better than those at the ground floor bar.

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 6 giorni, dal 01.01.25 al 06.01.25… L’hotel nel complesso risulta carino, posizione non vicinissima alla metro e per andare al centro, considerando i vari cambi, occorre circa 30 minuti. Assolutamente Out la colazione: scarsa, ripetitiva (ogni giorno le medesime cose) scarsissima accortezza per chi segue una dieta vegana/vegetariana.
Carina la possibilità di utilizzare la SPA in modo gratuito e aperta fino alle 20:00.
Nel complesso non ci tornerei soprattutto per la colazione. "
"L'Hotel non è molto pulito. Io ho soggiornato per 13 notti e hanno pulito la camera e cambiato le lenzua solo due volte di cui una mi hanno messo delle lenzuola con delle macchie. Alcune persone alla reception molto sgarbato e ad ogni richiesta la risposta è sempre no. La cauzione è tutti giorni uguale, a buffet, ma sempre lo stesso cibo. L'unica nota per me positiva è la posizione, ma perché a me serve alloggiare a Cannary Wharf. La struttura è vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di essere restrutturata, poltrone sporche e consumate."

"I've been at The Gate for 8 nights; everything was good a part the fact that they have never changed the linings (with a clearly visible vomit stain of my daughter) and they have never hoovered the floor.
