“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”

“Location was perfect for access to the LA convention center which is what we needed. However, there are some big deficiencies that have been reported to the Manager. This home is not equipped at the moment to cater to a group larger than 4 people as there's insufficient flatware and cutlery, no saucepans, limited glassware, bathroom needs more attention when cleaning. “The unit is beautiful and the location is amazing. We arrived after a long day of travel and I wish the instructions to access the house would have been more clear (photos would have helped). But it’s a minor issue - the rest of the stay was great. The management company is excellent and they answered my calls or texts immediately (even on a Sunday). Will go back again.”
