“Nice place to stay close to food”

“Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. ”

“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place”

“This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. “Great location”

“Overall, this condo had some positives, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, and the parking was excellent, which was a huge plus. Communication with the host was also great—they were responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay. However, the location was farther from Santa Monica's main attractions than I expected based on the listing. Walking to the pier, shopping, and other popular destinations was not an option.
