“La camera era davvero spaziosa ed accogliente”

“The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

“Good amenities - kettle, tea bags, milk. Clean and spacious room for a family. We were allocated to the lower floor facing the car park.”

“This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve experienced in recent years. The area of Brockenhurst is stunning and I’m very glad Rhinefield House Hotel was my base to explore it. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were extremely conscientious and made the atmosphere. The breakfast made the perfect start to the day and I’d definitely visit again. ”

“Wonderful location and dining experience. The odd niggle including issue with elderly mothers room, requested walk in shower but on arrival given a room with bath. It was quickly sorted however. The room was fine for one night but the sash window was faulty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall highly recommended ”

“We had the twin room that had all the facilities needed and was lovely, beds were comfortable as were the pillows, all felt fresh and clean, the owners were on hand as stated very pleasant and parking was available. Location was perfect for us as were attending the Vitality Stadium a mere 15 minute walk away, as was the beach in the in the opposite direction.”
