“Room was ok, except the blinds were broken The restaurant was aweful. And the hotel hallways were extremely noisy.”

“The hotel generally looked well maintained, but the TV in our room didn't work, and neither did the plug that my wife thought was charging her iPad. When I reported this to the receptionist at checkout I got a cheerful, "Thanks! I'll report this to maintenance. You're all checked out!" I didn't press the issue.”

“Katrina was amazing giving us a personal tour and walking us to our room. She showed us their amazing work with Monarch butterflies. The views around the property are amazing. Breakfast was delivered daily and was so good. My only complaint was I heard the neighbors upstairs and our sink was leaking a bit. I think it’s because it’s an older inn. But it’s quaint and beautiful.”
