“Check in was the hardest part of the stay. The computer system was down so we went to grab and food and crossed our fingers that we could come back to check in. Luckily it worked out for us. The room, the pool, hot tub and koi pond were a big hit with my family. We would stay there again.”

“The cottage was clean, cozy and absolutely perfect. I stayed in 11A and it was awesome. It had a cabin feel, and a great view of the trees and river. Loved the loft too! I'd stay here again. It was close to town but felt like it was far away in the woods. I loved the fireplace but if I could change one thing, I'd put a hot tub on the deck. A great getaway overall! ”

“I’ve stayed at Ocean Gate Inn several times when visiting my son at UCSC, and the staff has always been kind and professional. One thing I really appreciate is how they go above and beyond — I’ve arrived as late as 1 a.m., and they’ve called to make sure I was still coming, which shows great customer service.
