“The staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made.
Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. ”

Y desde el primer día de hospedarme no funciona el teléfono del cuarto lo reporte 2 veces y no lo an reparado , el aire acondicionado está liquiando y no lo an reparado, la estufa el horno solo funciona la superficie de abajo y la de arriba no funciona. Also be aware that the area is foggier than Santa Cruz Boardwalk Beach, so worth driving there for better weather and frankly a much nicer beach. Nisene State Park is 5 min from the hotel and has beautiful Redwoods and plenty of hiking opportunities. ...
