“Staff member was polite. The room looked clean, but had a stuffy smell. The hair dryer didn’t work. The Nextdoor guest was on his cellphone (walking back and forth on the hallway) past 3:00 a.m. and the worst part, I lost $900 cash trying to not scratch the car parked next to us since the parking spaces are way too small.”

“Extremely noisy from all directions. People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to.”

“I call to see about an early check in (3:00) Was told maybe… Arrived onsite ask to see if room was ready was told maybe 3:00 or 3:30 At 3:45 asking room was ready was told very rudely by manager that it wasn’t Finally check in at 10:00pm after our event went to room was woken up at 11:30 by a guess who was book the same room Is was one of the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had… will not recommend this hotel to NO ONE VERY VERY UNSATISFIED”

“The carpet was not clean, the bedding was. A few of the bath towels and dish cloth given had human and animal hair in them, toilet screws were complete loose, the hallway wreaked daily although industrial strength freshener was used daily to mask the odor, the smell was sickening-had to hold my breath and walk briskly. Homeless people there constantly although they bothered no one it was a bit unsettling. The staff was great tho. Internet was horrible and was blocked by something in the...

“Great restful location, excellent property”

“Beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the neighborhood. Unique old mansion campus nice place to relax. Did not see too many staff around except the receptionists. Self manage like your own home, walk around the park inside the campus and enjoy the quite and stillness of the property surrounding by regular homes.”
