“Absolutely appalled by our stay at Nightcap in Nowra. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The biggest issue was the complete lack of reliable hot water for the entire stay. Three separate incidents of freezing cold showers over multiple days and clearly nobody cared enough to fix the issue. “The owner was very supportive when Expedia completely stuffed up my reservation! I was told I came the week before! Luckily the owner was kind and understanding to let me use the only available room, which was very nice. Roomy, comfy, all you needed. Wifi was no good so hot spot. Convenient location near shops. Quiet at night I will never use Expedia again. But Bay and Basin was value for money.”

“The property was easy to find. Belinda was very helpful in arranging for a late check in. The room and bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu presented a good variety of choices… had the Wilde’s Breakfast two mornings in a row… served nice and fresh. The secured underground parking has a lot of car spaces… comfortably spacious… easy to get in and out of. Highly recommended… we’ll definitely book with them again!!! 👌👍”

Only thing I didn’t like was the overpowering smell of bleach when I opened the door. I hate bleach & having it in the bedroom and kitchen was horrible.
